Since 2010 Przemyslaw Korzeniowski has worked as a simulation software developer and researcher at the Department of Surgery and Cancer, Imperial College London. In 2016, he defended his PhD thesis on “Modelling and simulation of flexible instruments for Minimally Invasive Surgery in Virtual Reality”. His academic focus is on virtual reality medical simulators for surgical training. For list of related publications please visit http://www.imperial.ac.uk/people/p.korzeniowski.
In late 2016, Przemyslaw joined the Virtual Engineering Lab at R&D of Volkswagen Group, where he develops bespoke VR/AR solutions for car development. One of his main interests are aspects of real-time simulation (e.g. CFD for car aerodynamics or finite elements for crash simulation) in the developed VR/AR software. After hours, Przemyslaw develops Unity assets for physically-based simulation such as uFlex, DefKit and Screen Space Fluids.
